'The All Canada Games is a great opportunity to improve your lacrosse game and showcase your skills. In the last two years I have learned a lot from the US college coaches that were there and had a lot of fun playing with other players from my region. We are so lucky to be able to participate in this high level training right here in Ontario'

We are pleased to inform you that the 2015 All Canada Lacrosse Games and Great Lakes Showcase have both received IMLCA Platinum Accreditation!
The platinum accreditation standards mean that participants can expect a high level camp experience that operates under IMLCA standards in order to provide a great camp and recruiting experience. As a result of the platinum accreditation, we anticipate the 2015 All Canada lacrosse games to be the best attended, most competitive event we've ever hosted! Coaches can be assured that the ACLG will operate and fulfill all IMLCA guidelines and requests in order to ensure it maintains the highest level of professionalism and provides coaches with a high quality recruiting event. Participants can expect a top level camp experience and great exposure as a result.
From the official IMLCA Press Release:
The IMLCA Event Accreditation Platinum Standards Program was created to establish a minimum set of best practices for recruiting events that attract college-bound prospects to participate in and college coaches to evaluate prospects at.
“We are very pleased with the inaugural group of events that meet the standards of this program,” said Phil Buttafuoco, IMLCA Executive Director. “The feedback has been tremendously positive and we believe that many more events will seek accreditation as this program rapidly expands in 2015.”
The IMLCA Accredited Events committee is comprised of four premier college head coaches who are committed to establishing and expanding this important program in order to provide benefits to all constituencies.
The vision of this program is to establish a framework of best practices that effectively serve the lacrosse industry, student-athlete college prospects, their parents, lacrosse organizations and the IMLCA member college coaches.
The goal of the program is to offer “minimum operating standards” and consistency of performance for all recruiting events to follow and to enhance the presentation of each Event in order to become one of top value to all participants.
About the IMLCA
The IMLCA was created to help build the game of lacrosse, become the premier organization providing coaches development and monitor the integrity of the game. Its membership is comprised of individual collegiate coaches. To further expose its value, the IMLCA has created relationships with the high school boys lacrosse coaches and the collegiate club lacrosse coaches so that they too can benefit from the initiatives of the Association.
